The chateau "Grand Ballroom" alone can accommodate 200 guests at max capacity. This is the current maximum guest limit the chateau permits for all weddings and events. However, if the "Rose Garden" terrace space is to be used during the event, then an additional 50 guests may be accommodated pending property manager approval (restrictions may apply).
Absolutely! The venue is proud to present you the opportunity to have alcohol present during your event. Bacchus Beverages is the liquor and alcohol service company that operates all bar stations at the estate. All alcohol sales are to be done through one of their trusted representatives.
You must obtain permission from our Venue Manager in order to bring in a tent.
1. Tents will NOT be allowed at times where heavy storms are expected.
2. Tents will NOT be allowed if the tent rental company is unable to break down and take away the tent before 8am the following morning.
3. Tents are only allowed in the "Rose Garden" terrace space. Tents are not allowed in any other space.
4. The venue does not provide tents.
Yes. The estate has a private parking yard that can hold up to 70 cars.
Chateau des Fleures is located 37 miles south of the Raleigh-Durham International Airport.
The estate and grounds at the chateau are large enough to hold a 200 guest event entirely indoors. The outdoor wedding lawn holds up to 200 wedding chairs. Weddings have exclusive access to the indoor and outdoor areas of the Chateau.
A date can be reserved once a contract has been signed and a non-refundable 25% down payment on the package total has been collected. The venue provides fully customizable payment plans with the final payment made due 45 days prior to event. Please contact a venue representative during venue operational hours:

Final guest counts are due no later than 60 days prior to event. Floorplans/timelines are required to be submitted 14 days prior to event. The initial floorplan will be reviewed and approved by the venue manager and all chairs and tables will be set up by the venue staff during the hours prior to guest arrival.
