To hold your date requires a 25% deposit toward your rental package. Dates are going fast for 2025 and we have limited 2024 dates. We will email you a Rental Contract that very day you call or email us.
Your booking deposit is due upon submission of your contract. The booking deposit is 25% of your amount due for your rental package. All booking deposits are for securing your date and are applied toward your rental fees. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Dates can be changed if changes are requested within 10 days after booking.
Damage Deposits are set at $1000 and will be returned upon satisfactory inspection of all areas at the venue and equipment used within 30 days after the event date.
The amount owing on your rental is due no later than 60 days before the scheduled event. Payments must be made in accordance with your invoice and contract to avoid cancellation of your event.
If payments are not received by designated time period then the event will be cancelled and cancellation according to the contract will take effect.
A wedding planner or a day of coordinator are required for a successful event at the Chateau. It will be the best investment you’ll make in regard to your wedding. Wedding Planners are the end all, be all of sanity in the chaos of planning a wedding!
The Chateau has gone to great efforts to find the best caterers in the area that provide the best service. Please choose from our list of preferred caterers if you wish to have food and drink at your event.
However, the Chateau does allow for full service fully licensed caterers that are not on our preferred list with submittance of the caterer information and approval by our venue manager.
Any cancellations prior to the scheduled event will result in forfeiture of all fees including forfeiture of the Damage Deposit. Booking deposits are non-refundable. Non-payment is considered a cancellation.
There is NO Smoking and no vaping allowed at our facilities. Marijuana is not allowed in any form on the premises.
NO GUM is allowed anywhere on the premises.
The Chateau is fully permitted to operate and hold events.
Alcohol can only be served if using our in-house bar service or an alcohol licensed caterer.
Please be courteous in regard to decorations. No decoration should be mounted in a permanent manner by use of tape, staples, nails, etc.
We DO NOT allow the following:
1. Any open flame candles (all must be battery powered regardless of size)
2. No Fireworks
3. No Sparklers (we recommend LED wand sparklers)
Food and Drink must only be consumed and available in the specified Reception Dining area. There is no eating or drinking allowed near the piano or pool table. There is a strict NO GUM policy. No gum or gum chewing is allowed on the premises.
Our staff is in charge of set up of all our own equipment. All other set up, take down, and removal of décor, gifts, rented equipment, garbage, and other belongings is the responsibility of the client within the Client's rental hours. Chateaux Gardens and any employee of Chateaux Gardens are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
Clients MUST obtain Wedding and Event Liability Insurance in an amount not less than $1,500,000 Combined Single Limit for Bodily Injury and Property Damage. Such insurance shall name Chateaux Gardens, LLC as additional insured, and a certificate of insurance with an endorsement must be provided more than ninety (90) days prior to the even

No rice, confetti, birdseed, or sparklers are allowed but we do allow bubbles and LED sparkler wands.
Your rental hours may not be enough time to do everyone's hair and make up at the venue. Please check with your planner to schedule hair and make up for your bridal party by adding hours to your rental (14 hours maximum) or planning for hair and make up prior to arrival at the venue.
We will do our best to set aside and allow for pickup of items accidentally left behind but we will not be able to store items for longer than 3 days and such items if not picked up within that time frame will be donated to a charity of our choice. The venue is not responsible for any left behind, lost, or stolen items.
The venue does allow a 1 hour Walk Through Rehearsal to be scheduled on a Monday - Thursday prior to your wedding depending upon availability. Your 1 hour Walk Through Rehearsal is available for scheduling 30 days prior to your event. There is no food or drink allowed at the 1 Hour Walk Through Rehearsal.
